Today I'm talking about making your health, fitness, and overall life a LIFESTYLE. There is no such thing as a long term 21 day fix or 30 day challenge or 7 days to tight abs. Those might work for a short period of time, but in the long term they are bound to fail. We need to look at changes and habits as a lifestyle change, not for short term bouncing all over the place up and down and all around.
